She left the group in 2016 and after that, she had a couple of more huge collaborations like "Hey Mama" with Pitbull and J Balvin then her solo debut single "Crying In The Club".

She talks about the feeling nobody really likes to talk about “jealousy” the jealousy you get when you’re crying your heart for your ex while he’s with someone else She singing “I want you to cry for me” indicating to her ex who has hurt her so much but instead of regret how he lost someone who loved him he’s enjoying his life. Camila once said in an interview that she wrote this song when she was 16 and was going through a breakup but her ex moved on quickly. She wants him to be happy but at the same time, she didn’t.

Camila Cabello wrote this song for her album “ Romance”. The song is all about her finally being in a healthy relationship with a guy she hoped she’d find. And for the first time, she feels loved even when she thought it wasn’t easy to love. Camila Cabello wrote, “All These Years” for her self titled album called “Camila” in 2018. As soon as the album was released all her fans knew it was about Shawn Mendes. The song is about meeting someone you used to like way back and when you bump into them after ages and your feelings flood back for them. Camila sings “I never told you after all these years”. Her friendship with Shawn has been since her career started popping off. They both had feelings for each but none of them confessed but wrote songs for each other. Well kinda cute, isn’t it?
